IFM
Interface Management
It is a solution that systemizes various interface work processes inside and outside the company, establishing a close communication system between business personnel and providing efficiency and control of interface work through a consistent standard management system.
Need for IFM
When building an existing EAI solution, there were no tools for standardizing the company-wide integrated interface, managing construction procedures, and communicating with people in charge of linked systems, so the larger the project size, the more difficult it was. In post-construction operation, problems with current information over time led to a decrease in efficiency in maintenance and response to failures. The existing interface management method is managed manually (Excel files) by the person in charge and stored through a file server, which causes problems with change history management and version management. In addition, there were difficulties in retrieving and analyzing information such as the person in charge of each interface, connection method, and communication method. As the number of interfaces and linked systems increases, this manual management method has lower efficiency and problems with implementation, resulting in the need to systematize interface management work. This has been increased.
